Common questions
What owners ask us most.
Straight answers about privacy, payment and what is involved. Cannot find your question? Ask us.
Who will use our records, and what will they use them for?
AI companies will use the records you agree to share to train AI. By learning how real businesses handle orders, solve problems and get work done, AI can become more useful. This can help applications like ChatGPT better understand how companies work. We explain the allowed uses before you agree to sell.
Our records contain private information. Can we still take part?
Possibly. You do not share anything you are not allowed to share. We help check what must stay private and what could be sold. Some records may be useful after identifying details are properly removed or figures are combined. Others must be left out. You approve what is included.
What if we promised our customers to keep their information confidential?
That promise still applies. We check the relevant agreements and leave out restricted information unless the necessary permission is obtained. Taking a customer’s name out does not cancel a confidentiality agreement, sometimes called an NDA.
What kinds of records could be worth money?
Examples include orders, delivery reports, quality checks, repairs, project notes and records of how customer problems were solved. Buyers want to understand what happened, what your team did and whether it worked. We help you find useful records in your own business.
How much could we earn, and when would we be paid?
That depends on what you have, how useful it is and what buyers will pay. We explain our offer and payment conditions before you sign. If you are paid only after we sell the records on, we tell you clearly. An early estimate is not a guaranteed payment.
Who do we sell to? Do we need to find buyers ourselves?
Your contract is with NextLevel Data Broker. We prepare the agreed records and handle selling them on. Buyers may include companies building AI. We explain who may use the records, what they can use them for and any details needed for your approval. You do not need to negotiate with those buyers yourself.
Do we still own our records? Can we sell them elsewhere?
Your contract explains what you keep and what you allow us to sell or let others use. We work exclusively with you on the records and period agreed in that contract. You approve what is included. Any use already agreed with a buyer may continue under its terms after our partnership ends.
What does it cost, and how much work will our team have to do?
We explain all charges or deductions before you agree. For Data Farming, we advise you and can provide extra software at no charge if it would help. Your team helps us check the records, approve what is shared and agree any small changes. We handle the preparation and sales work.
What is Data Farming? Will we get paid every year?
Data Farming means keeping better records of the work your business already does, so there is more useful information to sell each year. We advise you and, if helpful, provide extra software at no charge. You earn from new sales under your agreement. A payment every year is only guaranteed if your contract says so.
Will you record our staff, calls or computer screens?
Only if a particular recording method is needed, agreed and allowed. We start with records you already keep. Any new recording requires the right notices, permissions and protections. Private activity and information you have excluded must stay out. We do not start recording everything by default.
Could this reveal our secrets or help a competitor?
We agree what buyers may receive and how they may use it. Information you are not allowed to share stays out. We help remove private details where appropriate, and you approve the records before they are shared. Your contract must explain any further sharing or public use; removing names alone cannot prevent every possible disclosure.
