Customer Service
Your team solves problems every day. Those records could be valuable.
Every question, complaint and reply shows how your team helps customers. Records of how problems were solved can help AI learn to help people better.
Records you will recognise
Records that could be useful
Examples only. Not every record can be sold. We help you find out what you have.
Customer questions
What customers asked about, by email, chat or phone.
Replies
How your team answered and what they offered.
Complaints
What went wrong, how it was handled and how it ended.
Approved call records
Calls you are allowed to share, with the right permissions.
A real-life example
A customer was charged twice
A record of those steps can help AI learn how real customer problems are solved politely and correctly.
- A customer wrote in angry because they had been charged twice.
- Your agent checked the account, found the duplicate payment and refunded it.
- The agent explained what happened and when the money would arrive.
What happened in the end: The customer confirmed the refund and thanked the team.
Two ways to earn
What you could sell
Records you already have
- Past questions and replies, with personal details removed
- Complaint records showing how each case ended
- Call records you are allowed to share
Data Farming
Data Farming means keeping better records of the work you already do, so there is more useful information to sell each year. For example:
- Noting what the problem really was, in a few simple choices
- Recording the action your team took to solve it
- Recording whether the customer’s problem was solved
Where records are often kept
You probably use some of these
Examples only — not a list of software we connect to. We work with what you have.
What stays private
Being allowed to record a call does not automatically mean you can sell it.
- Customer names, account numbers and contact details are removed before anything is shared.
- Calls are only included when the right permissions are in place for this use.
- Your staff are told about any new recording before it starts.
Questions
Customer Service: common questions
We record calls for training. Can we sell them?
Not automatically. Permission to record a call for training is not the same as permission to sell it. We check what your customers were told and what is allowed.
How do you remove personal details?
We prepare the records so they cannot identify a person, and check them before anything is shared. Some records cannot be made safe and are left out.
We are an outsourced call centre. Whose records are they?
Often they belong to your clients. We help you check your contracts and only include what you are allowed to share.
