Transport & Deliveries
Your delivery records could have value beyond the delivery.
Your team plans routes, deals with delays and handles damaged goods every day. Those records show how deliveries really get done when things go wrong.
Records you will recognise
Records that could be useful
Examples only. Not every record can be sold. We help you find out what you have.
Delivery notes
What was delivered, where, when and who signed for it.
Route changes
When a route was changed and the reason why.
Delay reports
What held a delivery up and how long it took to sort out.
Damage claims
What was damaged, what was checked and how the claim ended.
A real-life example
A delivery was running late
A record of those steps can help AI learn how real delivery problems are solved.
- A delivery was late because the first van broke down.
- Your team found another driver and changed the route.
- The customer was told the new arrival time.
What happened in the end: The goods arrived the same day.
Two ways to earn
What you could sell
Records you already have
- Past delivery records showing planned and actual times
- Delay and damage reports with what happened next
- Notes from dispatchers about how problems were handled
Data Farming
Data Farming means keeping better records of the work you already do, so there is more useful information to sell each year. For example:
- Recording the reason for every delay in a few simple choices
- Noting what the dispatcher did and whether it worked
- Linking each damage claim to how it was finally settled
Where records are often kept
You probably use some of these
Examples only — not a list of software we connect to. We work with what you have.
What stays private
Customer addresses and driver details are not shared without the right permissions and protections.
- Home addresses, phone numbers and signatures of recipients stay out.
- Driver names and exact live locations are removed.
- Records covered by a customer’s confidentiality agreement are checked first.
Questions
Transport & Deliveries: common questions
We only have a few vans. Is that too small?
There is no fixed minimum. What matters is how many years of records you have, how complete they are and whether you are allowed to share them.
Will you track our drivers?
No. We start with records you already keep. Any new kind of recording would need to be agreed, allowed and explained to your staff first.
Our records are in different places. Can you still use them?
Yes. Records spread across spreadsheets, emails and a delivery app are common. We help bring together only the parts you approve.
